Water temperature is vital to achieving best flavour from your tea! Black tea, the strongest of them all, can cope with the highest temperatures. Deep and dark yet bright and clear.

• 1 tsp per 200ml
• 100 degree Celsius (ideally, use cold spring water and bring it to a boil) then pour into a teapot. Add tea immediately.
• Brew 2-3 minutes to enjoy black 
• Brew 5 minutes when adding milk.
• If a more robust flavour is required, always add an extra teaspoon of tea to avoid over steeping which causes bitterness.
